  • After approval, the product must be returned within 7 days

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories, manuals, and tags intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

7. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), KhoridBD will bear the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer must bear the shipping cost

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
